About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Packaroo website, request services or place an order with us. Any quote, order confirmation and approved artwork form part of the agreement. If there is a conflict, the most recent written order confirmation takes priority for that order.
Quotes, orders and payment
Website information and quotes are invitations to order. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and any required payment has been received. Prices, quantities, specifications, VAT, delivery and payment terms will be shown in the quote or checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order.
Products and reasonable variation
Images and samples are guides. Paper, print and manufacturing processes can create reasonable differences in colour, finish, dimensions and quantity. We will work to agreed specifications and accepted industry tolerances. Tell us before ordering if an exact characteristic is essential.
Artwork and approvals
You confirm that you have permission to use every logo, image, font, trademark and other item you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied content. We may refuse material that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
Production starts from the proof you approve. Please check spelling, colours, placement, dimensions and product details carefully. Unless otherwise agreed, Packaroo retains rights in our original design work and working files; your pre-existing brand materials remain yours.
Production, delivery and storage
Lead times normally begin after payment, final specification and artwork approval. Dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed in writing. You must provide accurate delivery details and reasonable access. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes once all sums due have been paid.
Where storage or staged delivery is agreed, the applicable allowance, release process and any charges will be set out in your order. You should request stock releases with enough notice for picking and transport.
Checking your order
Inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and tell us promptly about damage, shortages or a material difference from the order. Keep affected goods and packaging while we investigate. See our Refunds & Returns policy for the available routes.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was agreed. For business customers, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you, take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and explain your options if the delay becomes significant.
Using this website
You may browse and use the website for legitimate business or personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reuse our content in a misleading or infringing way. Website availability and content may change.
Ending or changing an order
Cancellation rights depend on whether goods are standard or made to your specification and whether production has begun. Please read our Refunds & Returns policy and contact us immediately if plans change.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live. We may update these website terms; the version applying to an accepted order will not change retrospectively without agreement.
