Packaroo is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. It applies when you browse our website, request a quote or samples, place an order, upload artwork, contact us or join our mailing list.
What we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing details, order history, enquiry details, artwork and files you send us, and your marketing preferences. We may also receive basic technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and how you use our website.
How and why we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and provide samples.
- To process, produce, store and deliver orders.
- To review artwork and communicate approvals.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send marketing where you have asked for it or where the law otherwise permits it.
Depending on the activity, we rely on performing a contract, taking steps at your request, our legitimate business interests, your consent or a legal obligation.
At checkout, you can choose whether to receive one reminder after delivery to help you reorder the same products and artwork. This is optional and does not affect important order emails. Every reminder includes a link to stop future reorder reminders, and we keep that preference so it is respected on later orders.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including fulfilling orders, handling queries, maintaining production records and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Artwork and order records may be retained to make repeat orders easier unless you ask us to remove them and we have no reason to keep them.
