Artwork & ordering
For custom printed cups, place your enquiry and the Packaroo team will review your artwork requirements before production. Artwork is only progressed once you are happy with the design.
Production & delivery
Free UK & Ireland delivery. Estimates start after payment and any required artwork approval.
- First delivery · 5–6 weeks: Your chosen 1,000 cups and up to 1,000 matching lids, if ordered.
- The rest · 5–8 weeks after the first delivery: Remaining cups and lids ordered with them.
- Standard · 11–14 weeks: Below £1,000, repeat orders, and other separate lids or straws.
First custom cup orders only: at least 1,000 cups and £1,000+ including VAT, before discounts. All basket products count. Compatible lids added separately can join your first delivery.
Need stock holding or split deliveries? We can hold qualifying bulk orders in our China-based warehouse. Minimum delivery quantities and shipment limits apply; we’ll agree your plan before you order. Talk to us.
Delivery reassurance. A small number of items (up to 5%) can occasionally be damaged or misshapen in transit. If that happens, we’ll make it right with replacements or Packaroo credit.
Compatibility
For cups and lids, confirm the required size and matching lid format with Packaroo before ordering so the components are correctly paired.
