Artwork & ordering
For custom printed cups, place your enquiry and the Packaroo team will review your artwork requirements before production. Artwork is only progressed once you are happy with the design.
Production & delivery
Cup orders of 3,000 units or fewer follow our standard production and delivery lead time of approximately 9–13 weeks. On a first order over 3,000 cups, the first 1,000 cups arrive in approximately six weeks, with the remaining cups arriving a further 4–7 weeks later. Free UK-wide delivery is included.
Compatibility
For cups and lids, confirm the required size and matching lid format with Packaroo before ordering so the components are correctly paired.
